Job Summary
Branch Manager role at Chase in Middletown, RI. Lead and coach branch team to deliver exceptional client experiences, grow deposits and investments, manage operations, and uphold risk and compliance. Responsible for developing a high-performing team, fostering community relationships with local businesses, and promoting Chase’s culture of Service, Heart, Curiosity, Courage, and Excellence. Travel for in-person training and meetings as required; includes training program completion and (per regulatory requirements) potential for NMLS/Safe Act-related responsibilities. Must be able to work branch hours including weekends and evenings and to navigate changes in a fast-paced banking environment. Strong leadership, coaching, and ability to leverage technology to improve client outcomes are essential; prior Chase leadership experience and a solid understanding of operational risk and control are valued.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of management, Retail Banking, or equivalent Chase leadership experience
- high school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent
- ability to work branch hours including weekends and evenings
