Job Summary
Lead a branch team by conducting daily huddles, coaching staff on digital channel utilization, and overseeing member interactions to drive optimal performance. Develop operational plans, monitor omnichannel strategy alignment, and execute business development through financial presentations and local events. Analyze key performance indicators to identify trends, ensure compliance with federal regulations, and foster a culture of continuous improvement. Manage branch goals while serving as a trusted resource for complex member financial needs and cross-selling solutions.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, management or related field
- Five years of financial experience
- Three years of branch operations
- Five years of management experience to include at least one year of managing through subordinate supervisors
- Obtain a FiCEP Certified Credit Union Financial Counselor (CCUFC) certification within twelve (12) months of the position start date and maintain recertification as needed
- Experience in leading a diverse and complex operational environment while using good judgment to make sound decisions
- Experience in supervising, leading, training, and developing staff to achieve individual and organizational goals
- Knowledge and auditing of applicable federal regulations governing consumer lending, credit cards, mortgage, equity loans, savings and checking to fulfill NCUA's requirements
- Knowledge of retail banking industry best practices, industry concepts, related laws and regulations
- Must have excellent interpersonal, conflict management, and communication skills, including the ability to interact diplomatically with staff, management, vendors, and members

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and web-based applications
