Job Summary
Oversee all aspects of customer service for inside, outside, and retail sales, while managing inventory control and warehouse operations. Hire, coach, and mentor direct reports, Territory Sales Managers, and store staff to drive EBITDA performance and net profitability goals. Coordinate sales teams with Technology Product Managers, manage margins and costs, and provide user support for the Prophet 21 ERP system. Address customer requests and complaints, resolve personnel issues, and conduct annual performance reviews. Maintain accurate documentation, ensure compliance with safety guidelines, and champion company programs in a collaborative environment requiring physical presence and frequent lifting.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Excellent written & oral communication
- Strong relationship building skills
- Detail oriented
- Solid organizational skills
- Ability to prioritize
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment
- Solid computer skills including use of MS Office (Word, Excel & Outlook)
- Willingness to learn new software programs

- Regular and punctual attendance
- Physical presence in the office

- Experience or education in business administration

- Experience with fluid power components
- Familiarity with industrial and hydraulic hose and fittings
- Familiarity with Parker Hannifin
- Experience with Epicor Prophet 21
