Job Summary
Direct and manage all daily functions of a profitable branch, including sales, budgets, inventory control, personnel, expenses, and administration. Plan, coordinate, and direct operational activities to ensure profitability while developing and implementing a fiscal year sales plan. Conduct customer sales call visits to grow share of wallet and identify growth opportunities. Supervise all employees through recruiting, hiring, scheduling, performance evaluations, coaching, and discipline. Work with outside sales managers to maintain competitive pricing and profit margins. Participate in an after-hours on-call schedule and training. Travel to corporate for meetings, trade conferences, and industry training. Required Qualifications
- 7-10 yrs in leadership and/or management role with at least 4+ direct reports
- 3-5 years Customer Service experience
- 3-5 years Warehouse/Distribution experience
- Proficient Computer Skills in MS office
- Supervisory: 3 years (Required)
Desired Qualifications
- Prefer Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent business experience
- Prefer 3-5 yrs HVAC and/or Refrigeration sales experience
- HVAC: 3 years (Preferred)
- Sales: 3 years (Preferred)
- Driver's License (Preferred)
