Job Summary

Execute business development strategies including outbound calling and community involvement to expand personal and business banking networks. Ensure full compliance with Atlantic Union Bankshares' BSA/AML policies, internal controls, and fair lending initiatives. Interview and select candidates, manage talent development through formal observations, and maintain regulatory adherence. Requires five years retail banking experience, NMLS registration, and flexibility for evening/weekend hours.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
- Five or more years retail banking experience
- Previous lending experience
- Possess or be able to obtain NMLS registration
- Ability to travel based on business need
- Evening and weekend hours required based on business need
- Able to stand for extended periods of time and lift objects up to 30 pounds
