Job Summary
Branch Manager to lead a Chase branch in Mattapan, responsible for growing deposits and investments, overseeing operations, coaching the team for success, and delivering hospitality. Build and cultivate relationships with local businesses and clients, ensure a strong risk and control environment, and leverage Branch Scorecard-driven strategies to drive growth. Role requires leading a high-performing team, fostering learning and development, and engaging with the community while adhering to policies and regulatory requirements.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of management, Retail Banking, or equivalent Chase leadership experience
- High school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent
- Ability to work branch hours including weekends and evenings
- Willingness to travel for in-person training and meetings; some travel may be out-of-state
- Dodd-Frank/Truth in Lending Act qualification requirements for Loan Originators; NMLS registration and SAFE Act compliance
- Experience creating and maintaining a strong risk and control environment; adherence to policies and procedures
- Strong leadership, coaching, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to leverage technology to educate and connect team, partners, and clients
