Job Summary
Lead the branch team by sharing a clear vision, coaching employees, and celebrating successes to boost morale and motivation. Deliver on branch goals by leveraging the Branch Scorecard to identify strategies for growing deposits and investments. Prioritize understanding client needs to build lasting relationships and trust while representing the brand with utmost hospitality. Forge meaningful relationships with local businesses to strengthen branch presence and actively engage with the community. Ensure a strong risk and control environment by using sound judgment, acting with integrity, and protecting the company and clients. Complete the Branch Manager Training Program before placement and be able to travel as required for in-person training and meetings.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of management, Retail Banking, or equivalent Chase leadership experience
- high school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent
- ability to work branch hours including weekends and evenings
- successfully complete our Branch Manager Training Program before being considered for placement as a Branch Manager
- be able to travel as required for in-person training and meetings; some travel may be out-of-state
- demonstrate financial responsibility, good character, and general fitness for the position
- no felony conviction within the last seven years
- National Mortgage Licensing System and Registry (NMLS) registration under the SAFE Act of 2008
- register on NMLS, or to update your existing registration as necessary to grant access to and reflect your employment with JPMorganChase
- compliance with the SAFE Act, including successful registration immediately after your start date
- timely completion of annual renewal and required updates thereafter
