Branch Manager - Manchester
On-site · Swinton, England, United Kingdom
Job Summary
Branch Manager responsible for owning the local revenue and branch P&L at the Manchester site, leading a small team of Legal Advisors and Administrators, and driving performance through live client appointments, coaching, and performance-management processes. You will spend the majority of time on the branch floor, conducting live observations, delivering 1:1 coaching and feedback, implementing performance improvement plans, and running a disciplined operating rhythm (stand-ups, 1:1s, performance reviews, talent reviews). You will test and decide on evening sessions, Saturday trading, and community/referral activities to grow walk-in trade and margin, while maintaining compliance with supervision frameworks. Suitable candidates will have current people leadership, a track record of high accountability and delivering results, strong coaching via live observation, data-driven decision making, and the ability to collaborate with HR, Training, Compliance, Legal, and Marketing teams.
