Job Summary
Manages all activities of a branch focused on achieving overall profitability and operational objectives. Directly responsible for the branch’s annual goals through effective team leadership, coaching, and sales development. Engages in customer relationship management through proactive outreach and problem resolution. Requires strong knowledge of Business Banking products and demonstrated leadership abilities, supported by relevant education or experience.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree, OR, in lieu of degree, Four (4) years’ relevant experience
- Minimum three years sales experience
- Minimum two years’ managerial experience or proven leadership abilities
- Demonstrated strong knowledge of Business Banking products, services and client relationship management
- Work with common PC software, including knowledge of Microsoft Office software for word processing and spreadsheets
- At Market Manager discretion/branch need, Life/Accident and Health Insurance licensing required within 18 months of entry into position
Desired Qualifications
- Demonstrated sales/business development experience and success
- Strong financial services product knowledge preferred
- Bi-lingual/Spanish preferred
