Job Summary
Branch Manager responsible for overall profitability and success of the branch, directing sales and business development, coaching and developing staff, building community presence, managing customer and employee experience, and ensuring compliance with operational controls. Leads by example in customer service and needs determination, independently processes Business Banking loan requests up to $100,000, bundles products and services, and drives achievement of annual branch goals through effective staffing, performance management, and risk management within regulatory standards.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or four years relevant experience
- Minimum three years sales experience
- Minimum two years managerial experience or proven leadership abilities
- Life/Health Insurance licensing required within 18 months of entry into position (training provided)
- Demonstrated knowledge of Business Banking products and client relationship management
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with common PC software (Microsoft Office) and internet/email
