Job Summary
Branch Manager responsible for leading the New York Chase Branch operations, growing deposits and investments, coaching the team to deliver exceptional client experiences, and maintaining a strong risk and control environment. Lead and develop staff, foster community relationships, and drive adoption of banking solutions and technology to serve clients. Must possess leadership experience, a high school degree or GED, and the ability to work weekend/evening hours; must meet regulatory requirements including NMLS/SAFE Act where applicable.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of management, Retail Banking, or equivalent Chase leadership experience
- High school degree or GED or foreign equivalent
- Ability to work branch hours including weekends and evenings
- Dodd-Frank/Truth in Lending Act qualification requirements for Loan Originators; NMLS registration after start
