Job Summary
Branch Manager position overseeing the operation of our sales office, including recruitment, training, and supervision of sales associates and staff; responsible for fiscal management, policy compliance, and promoting affiliated company businesses to increase affiliate capture rates; participates in community activities and board involvement to maintain positive public perception; requires leadership in creating a productive professional office environment and handling multiple responsibilities concurrent with deadlines; requires strong communication, organizational, analytical and project-management skills, and a licensed Realtor/broker with ongoing real estate and management education.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business related field with advanced professional management training; or equivalent work experience and knowledge.
- Six+ years of demonstrated managerial and supervisory experience with a minimum of Three+ years of Real Estate Experience/background.
- Must be a licensed Realtor and broker with continuing education credits in real estate and management.
- Must have real estate experience and a license consistent with the regulations in the state where the office is located.
- Must meet all continuing education requirements necessary to maintain the license
