Job Summary
Direct and supervise branch staff and daily operations to ensure quality customer service and achievement of sales goals. Hire and train candidates for all roles, provide promotion and salary adjustment recommendations, and collaborate with sales managers and Presidents to set performance standards and retail targets. Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate objectives, identify training needs, and implement development plans. Maintain positive relationships with existing and prospective clients, participate in community activities, and collaborate on advertising and growth campaigns. Assist with the start-up and development of new branches as needed. Requires three years of prior branch or warehouse management experience, proficiency with Microsoft Office or Epicor Eclipse ERP, and ability to lift up to 40 lbs occasionally.

- Ability to prioritize tasks, delegating when appropriate
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
- Associate's degree
- Equivalent industry experience
- Bachelor's degree
- At least three years of prior experience in a Warehouse Supervisor, Manager or Branch Manager role
- Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs
- Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time
- Must be able to navigate various departments of the organization's physical premises

- Previous experience with Epicor Eclipse ERP preferred
