Job Summary
Branch Manager responsible for communicating branch initiatives and goals to staff, coaching and mentoring employees, maintaining high levels of member service, managing branch operations and compliance with policies, coordinating staff meetings and training, and assisting HR with hiring. The role includes cash audits, timesheet and leave reporting, outbound member engagement, and promoting SEG opportunities and community outreach. Travel to other office locations is required, including an initial six-eight week paid training program with travel expenses covered. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred and banking experience is desired. Must be capable of supervising staff, performing Notary Public duties, and supporting consumer loans, new member accounts, IRA and HSA services, and other branch operations.
