Job Summary
Lead daily branch operations, including sales, warehouse, inventory, and customer service while maintaining high standards and resolving performance gaps. Drive branch sales, gross profit, and key performance metrics by prospecting for new customers and managing vendor relationships. Oversee inventory health for surplus, slow-moving, and discontinued products, ensuring accurate control and merchandising presentation. Recruit, train, and mentor team members to support succession planning while communicating effectively with corporate leadership. Maintain compliance with company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures. Full-time role in a branch and warehouse setting requiring occasional travel and evening/weekend work.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 5–7 years of sales experience
- Ability to travel occasionally and work some evenings or weekends (less than 10%)
Desired Qualifications
- 1–3 years of management experience preferred
- Experience in low-voltage industries, including fire & life safety, access control, surveillance, or voice/data
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ERP systems
