Job Summary
Grow the assigned branch's business by increasing market share of loans and deposits while conducting business development to expand member relationships. Manage and coach staff through weekly, monthly, and individual sessions to support consultative selling and service culture, while supervising operational tasks like payroll, scheduling, and transaction processing. Represent Langley at civic events, mentor employees, and ensure compliance with BSA and Patriot Act laws during account and loan processing. Work in person at the Denbigh Branch in Newport News, VA, with a flexible schedule including Saturdays, reporting to a salary range of $63,800-$80,400.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Four years of experience in a financial institution
- Four years of financial institution experience
- Two years of supervisory experience
- Valid Notary Public commission
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including Saturdays
Desired Qualifications
- four years of experience in a financial institution or sales or service experience advising customers when choosing between options
