Job Summary
Manage branch services staff and provide ongoing coaching to deliver impeccable service through consultative selling. Grow market share of loans and deposits by conducting business development activities and representing Langley at civic and professional events. Supervise operational activities including payroll, scheduling, and opening/closing procedures while processing consumer loans and member transactions in compliance with regulations. Drive branch results aligned with Success Sharing goals and participate in cross-departmental initiatives to improve efficiencies. Travel up to 10% of the time to support community outreach and member relationships.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Four years of experience in a financial institution
- Four years of experience in sales
- Four years of experience in service
- Experience advising customers when choosing between options
- Two years of supervisory experience
- Valid Notary Public commission
- Ability to work a flexible schedule
- Travel requirements up to 10% of the time
