Job Summary
Lead the branch with full accountability for profitability, P&L management, and operational success across manufacturing, logistics, and sales. Develop and execute strategic business plans to drive revenue growth, customer retention, and new business development while maintaining ISO quality standards and regulatory compliance. Direct all production, quality, and maintenance activities to meet safety, cost, and delivery objectives, and oversee purchasing and inventory levels. Recruit, coach, and evaluate branch personnel to foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. Serve as the primary liaison between the branch and corporate leadership, providing forecasts and market intelligence.
Required Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum of seven (7) years of progressive sales experience
- Minimum of three (3) years of leadership or management experience within a manufacturing environment
- Knowledge of manufacturing operations, inventory management, and production processes
- Understanding of materials, product costing, pricing strategies, and margin management
- Knowledge of customer order processing systems, including Syteline
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and sales information systems
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills
- Ability to develop accurate and competitive quotations
- Ability to prioritize multiple projects while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to access and navigate all areas of the facility
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally as business needs require
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
- Ability to communicate effectively with employees, customers, and leadership, including delivering presentations to small and large groups
- Ability to occasionally lift up to 25 pounds
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and climb stairs throughout the facility as needed
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field
- Previous experience as a Branch Manager
- Experience in the fluid sealing, gasket, or industrial distribution industry
- Experience working within ISO 9001 quality management systems
- Experience supporting the oil & gas, petrochemical, power generation, or renewable energy industries
