Job Summary
Administer and operate the full service branch office, overseeing daily lending, product sales, customer service, and security. Develop new business, close consumer loans, and collect delinquent accounts while adhering to state and federal guidelines. Manage staff motivation, handle hiring and terminations, delegate operations to the Assistant Branch Manager, and establish lending authority for associates. Achieve sales goals through referrals and retention, ensure high-quality client service, and monitor overall satisfaction. This role supports Lendmark Financial Services' mission of personalized lending for underserved customers across 24 states.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED from accredited institution
- 0-3 years of consumer finance experience or related industry or related management experience
- Effective communication, organizational and sales skills
- Personnel management skills and budgeting skills
- Proficient working knowledge of industry related lending software, Microsoft Windows, Excel and Word Applications
- Ability to travel, occasionally overnight
