Job Summary

Lead a branch team as the primary sales driver, acquiring and retaining customer relationships to grow deposits, lending, credit cards, and investments through disciplined execution and strong coaching. Proactively identify customer financial needs and deliver tailored solutions while balancing growth objectives with rigorous operational risk management to protect customers and the company. Manage performance through targeted observation, feedback, and accountability, partnering with internal sales partners to maximize relationship depth and wallet share. Schedule includes Saturdays and up to 50% travel during the first six months. This interim, nonexempt role requires completion of the Branch Manager Readiness Program before placement.

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of banking, financial services, or Branch Network experience
  • 2+ years of leadership experience
  • Ability to work a schedule that includes Saturdays
  • Ability to travel in assigned geography up to 50% of the time during the first 6 months
  • SAFE registration
  • Loan Originators must meet LO/CFPB requirements
  • Compliance with Wells Fargo policies including standards related to financial responsibility, character, fitness, and criminal background
  • Credit report review eligibility
  • Ongoing screening eligibility
  • No Visa sponsorship eligibility
