Job Summary
Lead all aspects of the branch, including Termite, Rodent, Pest Control, Insulation, Wood, Customer Service, Warranty, and Sales operations. Manage staff, foster a positive environment, ensure customer satisfaction, and maintain safe, profitable branch operations. Implement strategies to increase productivity, customer care, and sales while overseeing daily business management principles. This hands-on leader will drive branch expansion and success within Kilter Termite and Pest Control, supported by a full team of field representatives.
Required Qualifications
- experience leading all aspects of a Pest Control/Termite branch
- Driver's License
- Good Driving Record
- Pest Control/Termite License
- Minimum 3+ years minimum of Industry management experience
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Licensed Branch 2 Field Rep.
- Knowledge of cost control and revenue opportunities
- Solid understanding of general business management principles and practices involved in managing a day-to-day operation
- 5+ years of industry experience
- A valid California driver's license and good driving record
