Job Summary
Branch Manager leading a branch team to deliver exceptional client service, grow small business relationships, and ensure compliant branch operations. Responsibilities include coaching and developing staff, outside calling to potential small business clients, supervising scheduling and staffing, maintaining regulatory and security controls, executing the Branch Playbook to hit activity and sales targets, and partnering with internal line-of-business teams to acquire and deepen client relationships. The role emphasizes leadership, coaching, ensuring regulatory compliance, driving branch growth, managing COIs, and delivering financially wellness solutions to clients, with a focus on community presence and operational excellence.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED (required) or Bachelor's Degree (preferred)
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in a sales capacity with a demonstrated ability to lead and coach a successful sales team
- Minimum of 3 years demonstrated small business deposit/credit experience and familiarity with small business operations
- General understanding of financial statements and concepts
- Demonstrated understanding of consumer credit including loan to value, debt to income and credit reports
- Demonstrated ability to leverage Centers of Influence (COIs) to further promote business
- Demonstrated experience with influencing business partners (Key Investment Services, Mortgage and Business Banking)
- Strong communication and public speaking skills
- Licenses and Certifications Notary License (preferred)
- Core competencies and leadership experience
