Job Summary

Branch Manager leads and directs branch activities to maintain and enhance the Credit Union's public image, with high-contact member interactions across in-person, phone, and written channels. Responsibilities include supervising and coaching staff, motivating sales performance, overseeing lending and financial services knowledge, monitoring sales activity and incentive programs, maintaining security and compliance procedures, and developing community and external business relationships to grow the branch's book of business. The role requires registration with the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS) as a Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) and ongoing training as directed. Proven leadership, relationship-building, and sales-management skills are essential, along with the ability to train and develop staff and collaborate with management to achieve branch goals.

Required Qualifications

  • Undergraduate degree in Business or Finance or related education and experience
  • Three to five years of managerial experience
  • One to two years in a sales environment
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Professional demeanor
  • Effective communication skills
