Job Summary
Lead your team, manage the fleet, and ensure top-quality service by driving budgets, sales, and market penetration across multiple branches. Increase revenue and profitability while recruiting new team members in collaboration with the Talent team and coaching other managers. Handle complaints, optimize processes with regional managers, and oversee operational tasks including health and safety and defleets to ensure efficient workflows. You will conduct performance reviews with Management Trainees, Rental Sales Agents, and Fleet Service Agents. This role requires a Bachelor's degree, supervisory experience, and a valid driver's license. Work day/evening shifts with a yearly salary of at least $55,000 plus bonus.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 2 (junior) or 3 (senior) 3 years of experience in sales and customer service
- 2 years in a supervisory role
- 5 years work experience without a degree
- 2 years as a manager in car rental

- highly organized

- authorized to work in the United States
