Job Summary
Drive branch sales performance and local growth strategies while building relationships with HVAC contractors and key accounts. Lead counter sales, warehouse, and delivery teams through hiring, training, and coaching to foster a customer-focused culture. Oversee daily operations, safety standards, and inventory levels, coordinating with purchasing and logistics to ensure product availability. Manage budgets, forecasts, and P&L performance by tracking KPIs and identifying improvement opportunities. Resolve escalated customer issues and support counter operations during peak periods. Requires 3+ years of HVAC industry experience and 2+ years in leadership, with a competitive bonus opportunity and 401(k) match.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years HVAC industry experience
- 2+ years leadership or supervisory experience
- Strong knowledge of HVAC products and contractor needs
- Experience with ERP/POS systems (Eclipse or similar)
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
