Branch Manager

Drive branch profitability by achieving revenue targets and increasing customer penetration through local marketing activities and sales strategies. Ensure full compliance with statutory requirements and company policies while maintaining high service levels and cultivating relationships with current and new customers. Manage daily operations by liaising with local hospital, garage, and insurance networks, and oversee hiring, training, and performance monitoring of branch staff. This role is based in one of eight locations across Bihar, Jharkhand, Odisha, and West Bengal for a graduate with five years of health and life insurance sales experience.
