Job Summary
Lead the branch by coaching employees, managing daily operations across warehouse, plant, service, and retail functions, and ensuring financial performance through budget oversight. Foster a safety-first culture while maintaining CBWA compliance, monitoring inventory, and overseeing scheduling and performance evaluations. Drive accountability using EOS principles in weekly and quarterly planning sessions, serve as the primary emergency contact, and collaborate with cross-departmental teams to achieve objectives. Maintain accurate reporting and support continuous improvement efforts. This internal role requires a clean RCMP record, ability to lift 50 lbs, and strong decision-making skills within a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- Graduated high school
- Clean RCMP Criminal Record Check
- Ability to lift and carry 50 lbs
- Ability to read, write, communicate professionally, and complete administrative responsibilities
