Job Summary
Lead, coach, and hold branch employees accountable to company expectations and Core Values while fostering a positive, safety-first culture. Manage day-to-day operations across warehouse, plant, service, delivery, and retail functions, ensuring financial performance through budget management and inventory coordination. Maintain CBWA compliance, oversee scheduling and staffing, and complete performance evaluations and progressive discipline. Monitor Watertight reporting, coordinate purchasing, and serve as the primary emergency contact for security issues. Collaborate with Sales, Inventory Control, HR, and Finance to achieve company objectives. Participate in weekly Level 10 meetings, quarterly planning sessions, and annual planning meetings to drive accountability and meet performance goals. Requires a clean RCMP Criminal Record Check, ability to lift 50 lbs, and high school graduation.
