Job Summary
Manage branch and fleet resources to ensure profitability, safety, and high-quality equipment standards. Conduct inventory audits, oversee repairs, and control spare parts while promoting sales of used equipment. Supervise staff recruitment, training, and performance evaluations, and approve purchase orders to minimize expenses. Resolve FA verification issues, manage leased assets, and ensure compliance with security, SOX, and government regulatory requirements. Monitor exception reports, lead annual budgeting, and communicate sales results and new policies monthly to all agency staff.
Required Qualifications
- Post-secondary education equivalent to one year of study in business administration or equivalent
- Valid driver's license
- More than five years of professional experience in a relevant field
- Practical knowledge of positioning equipment, welding techniques, and related equipment
- Training in equipment repair and maintenance
- Ability to adapt in order to define and prioritize tasks based on changing circumstances
- Ability to make critical decisions while adhering to company procedures
- Ability to work with a wide range of people with diverse personalities and backgrounds
- Ability to juggle multiple tasks and work independently with minimal supervision
- Must be able to proactively and methodically manage conflicting objectives and challenging situations
- Ability to effectively present information and answer questions from a group in a professional setting
- Ability to anticipate and resolve problems, act with determination, and persevere in the face of obstacles
- Ability to work as part of a team during the design and review phases of a project
- Ability to effectively build relationships with internal and external clients

- Ability to use computer equipment
