Job Summary
Branch Manager responsible for the branch's overall management including sales, service, operations, coaching, and budgeted production goals; lead team in acquiring and deepening customer relationships, referring to partners, driving business in-market and in digital channels, and ensuring regulatory/compliance adherence; oversee recruitment, community engagement, and the execution of a branch sales/service strategy with a focus on delivering excellent customer service and strong financial performance; requires strong leadership, communication, and collaboration to drive branch growth and customer satisfaction.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- minimum 1 year in a goal-driven retail sales leadership role or Bachelor's Degree (preferred)
