Job Summary
Branch Manager responsible for leading the Indianapolis and Carmel-area Chase branches by delivering welcoming, high-touch service; coaching the team to grow deposits and investments; managing branch operations; maintaining a strong risk and controls environment; engaging with local businesses and the community; leveraging technology to meet clients’ financial needs; using the Branch Scorecard to drive growth and service excellence; maintaining a culture aligned with Chase's values of Service, Heart, Curiosity, Courage, and Excellence; requires weekend and evening hours and completion of Branch Manager Training Program; travel for in-person training/meetings may be required; role involves mentorship, performance coaching, and ensuring compliance with applicable regulations (Dodd-Frank, SAFE Act) via NMLS registration.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of management, Retail Banking, or equivalent Chase leadership experience
- High school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent
- Ability to work branch hours including weekends and evenings
- Dodd Frank and SAFE Act: loan originator requirements; NMLS registration and compliance
Additional Requirements
- Contingent on criminal conviction history, credit report, information available through NMLS, and compliance with Truth in Lending Act/Dodd-Frank; successful NMLS registration required.
