Job Summary
Branch Manager in Training responsible for driving branch sales, customer service, and marketing efforts to grow customer relationships and loan portfolios. Develops and communicates financial solutions, educates customers on loan terms, deploys community marketing to generate sales, and supports operations, compliance, and collections under the Branch Sales Manager. Requires customer-facing skills, numerical proficiency, ability to follow policies/laws, and willingness to travel within the division. Includes leadership development to promote into a Branch Sales Manager role; must be eligible to work in the USA and pass required background checks.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Sales and/or customer service experience required
- One year of experience in sales, retail, banking, or collections preferred
- Ability to travel within division for marketing, collections, staffing, and banking responsibilities
- Must be 18 or older and eligible to work in the USA
- Criminal background check, MVR, credit check if state law requires
- Ability to manage cash and understand policies, procedures, and laws governing the industry
