Job Summary
Branch Manager in Training at CarHop responsible for leading a retail auto-sales location under an existing Branch Manager, overseeing staff, driving profitable sales, and preparing to relocate to run your own store. Responsibilities include setting goals and vision for the sales team, motivating and coaching staff, overseeing day-to-day operations, managing the sales process, monitoring performance, hiring and training staff, mentoring new employees, managing inventory and warranties, analyzing performance to meet forecasted goals, and traveling to other stores as needed. Requires 3+ years in management, strong leadership and interpersonal skills, ability to multitask, attention to detail, valid driver's license, willingness to undergo a background check, availability to work Saturdays, and High School diploma or equivalent.
