Job Summary
Branch Manager in Training at CarHop leads store staff, sets vision and goals for the sales team, drives day-to-day operations, mentors new staff, and oversees sales, inventory, and warranty to achieve forecasted goals. Requires supervising/leading a team, coaching, training weekly, and capability to travel to other stores; high school diploma or equivalent; willingness to relocate within the District. Salary range $28.85-$31.25 per hour with quarterly performance bonuses; benefits include health, 401(k) match, PTO, and holidays. Must be able to work Saturdays and travel as needed; driving record must be acceptable; pre-employment background check required.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 3-5 years of supervisor/manager experience preferred
- Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
- Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check
- Ability to travel to other stores for coverage
- Ability to work Saturdays (closed Sundays)
- Strong leadership and training ability
