Job Summary
Develop and execute the annual operating plan aligned with regional and corporate strategic objectives while owning branch financial performance through budgeting, KPI establishment, and strategy implementation to achieve revenue and profitability goals. Foster a customer-centric culture by partnering with key accounts, resolving escalated concerns, and strengthening long-term relationships, while providing strategic leadership to a team of Directors and functional leaders. Drive operational efficiencies through inventory management, working capital optimization, and change initiatives for acquisitions or system implementations. Analyze performance metrics to identify trends and lead action plans, ensuring compliance and promoting safety and employee engagement. Collaborate with Sales leadership on business development and local teams on complex challenges.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Supply Chain, Operations Management, Logistics, or a related field
- 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in distribution, wholesale, logistics, manufacturing, or a related operational environment
- Demonstrated success with full profit and loss (P&L) responsibility for a significant business unit or distribution operation
- Experience managing annual budgets, forecasting, financial performance, and key operational metrics
- Strong understanding of warehouse operations, transportation, inventory management, customer service, and distribution best practices
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with the ability to translate data into business strategies
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
