Job Summary
Manage overall branch operations, including staffing, order fulfillment, safety, and customer retention. Hire, train, and develop staff while leading problem resolution to improve working relationships and build a team that delivers the ImageFIRST service strategy. Drive new business by developing local sales approaches, negotiating contracts, and growing existing customers profitably. Meet financial management objectives, participate in strategic planning, and ensure compliance with OSHA, safety, and company policies. Occasionally cover delivery routes and operate company vehicles as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years' of operations or service management experience
- Valid DOT (Department of Transportation) medical certification
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong business experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Comfortable operating company vehicles as needed
- Ability to lift or push up to 40 pounds
- Ability to reach
- Ability to walk
- Ability to sit while driving a delivery vehicle
- Ability to bend to pick up garments and bulk items
- Ability to climb in and out of a truck while carrying product
