Job Summary
Branch Manager III at Lendmark Financial Services: responsible for the administration and daily operation of a full-service branch including operations, lending, product sales, customer service, and security. Leads and motivates staff, develops new business, achieves sales goals through new business, referrals, and retention of accounts, and provides leadership, training, and supervision of branch personnel. Requires managing hiring, staffing, performance evaluations, and ensuring adherence to state and federal guidelines; 2+ years of consumer finance experience is supplemented by leadership responsibilities. Office-based role with travel as needed.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Five or more years of consumer finance experience or related industry or related management experience
- Personnel management and budgeting skills
- Effective communication, organization and sales skills
- Proficient working knowledge of industry related loan software, Microsoft Windows, Excel and Word
