Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Appropriate management experience required
- Ability to lead and direct others
- Proven successful sales experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Knowledge of consumer and commercial lending
- Ability to be registered as a mortgage loan originator (MLO)
Desired Qualifications
- Undergraduate degree preferred
- Outbound business calling experience preferred
- Experience in a personal banker role preferred
