Job Summary
Branch Manager II at TD Canada Trust leading a medium-sized team to deliver superior customer conversations and experiences. Responsibilities include mentoring staff on banking solutions, promoting TD's community image, understanding customers’ financial needs and providing appropriate solutions, handling escalations, overseeing complex branch administrative duties (mutual funds, real estate secured credit, compliance), optimizing employee Scheduling, developing and implementing business development strategies within budget, ensuring accuracy of customer transactions per policy, mentoring on One TD solutions, and coordinating with Wealth and Business Banking to stay aligned with processes and regulations. Requires leadership, strategic thinking, strong communication, and in-depth knowledge of advanced investing and credit processes; degree and/or significant experience preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Undergraduate degree and/or over 5 years of relevant experience
- Completion of Branch Compliance Officer (BCO) and IFIC or CSC Course
