Job Summary
Manages priorities through planning and execution to drive branch performance, leads a high performing team through onboarding, coaching and development, and drives revenue and customer loyalty through consultative interactions with clients. Delivers an omni-channel, differentiated client experience, coaches to consultative selling, grows branch revenue via consumer and business banking, and leads risk management, compliance, and regulatory adherence. Builds partnerships with eco-system collaborators, ensures effective talent management and performance management, and models inclusive leadership to deliver strong customer and community outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- Typically 5+ years of related experience
- At least 2 years of previous supervisory experience
- Education no degree required or equivalent experience
- Background checks as required by regulatory requirements
