Job Summary
Manages branch performance and leads a high-performing team to drive revenue and customer loyalty through consultative, solutions-oriented interactions. Delivers an omni-channel client experience, coaches and develops branch staff, executes a branded sales process to achieve sales targets and share-of-wallet growth, and ensures risk and regulatory compliance. Builds partnerships with ecosystem stakeholders, guides talent onboarding and development, and models inclusive leadership while delivering a differentiated client experience in an in-office environment.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of related experience
- 2+ years of supervisory experience
- No Degree / education no degree required
- Background checks as required by Consumer Financial Protection Bureau regulations
