Job Summary
Lead the launch and success of a new Nexa branch location and oversee overall leadership, lending activities, business development, and member experience at the Grenada sub-office. Responsibilities include coaching and developing staff, delivering exceptional member service, managing daily branch operations and treasury functions, driving growth in loans and deposits, ensuring compliance with AML/CFT and regulatory requirements, monitoring performance, and building community relationships to enhance Nexa's visibility and growth.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Management, Finance, Accounting, or related field; or Graduate Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline
- Mortgage Underwriting Certificate or Financial Advisor Certification
- Minimum of three (3) years' experience leading teams within a financial institution
- Minimum of five (5) years' experience in a member service environment within the financial services sector
- Minimum of three (3) years' experience in a Lending or Credit Officer role
- Strong knowledge of lending operations, branch operations, ATM services, and debit card management
