Job Summary
Branch Manager II New Markets at FourLeaf oversees branch operations, leads a supervisory team, drives deposit and lending production, and cultivates community and business-partner relationships to expand the FourLeaf brand. Responsibilities include setting branch strategy, ensuring an engaging employee and member experience, recruiting and onboarding staff, coaching direct reports, managing branch traffic and daily operations, maintaining compliance with BSA/AML and other regulations, and collaborating with retail leadership to achieve deposit, lending, and income growth. The role emphasizes leadership, employee development, customer service, conflict resolution, and community involvement to deliver exceptional member experiences and branch performance. Required Qualifications
- College degree strongly preferred
- 3+ years of financial or equivalent sales and service experience
- 3-5 years of supervisory and leadership experience
- 3-5 years of credit or lending experience
- NMLS License within 3 months
- Notary License within 6 months
- STAMP Medallion Guarantor within 3 months
- Lending Product Certification
- PC, Windows, and Internet proficiency
