Job Summary
Branch Manager II responsible for the administration and efficient daily operation of a full-service branch office, including operations, lending, product sales, customer service, and security and safety in accordance with company objectives. Develops new business; fosters superior customer relations and promotes a sales/service culture through coaching and staff motivation. Leads, trains, and supervises staff, delegates day-to-day operations, drives branch profitability and loan volume, ensures adherence to guidelines, and builds community relationships to grow business.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED from accredited institution
- 3-5 years of consumer finance experience or related industry experience
- Personnel management and budgeting skills
- Effective communication, organization and sales skills
- Proficient working knowledge of industry related loan software, Microsoft Windows, Excel and Word
