Job Summary
Branch Manager II oversees the full-service branch’s daily operations, including lending, product sales, customer service, and security, while driving new business development, staff leadership, coaching, and achievement of sales goals. Responsibilities include managing and motivating staff to meet profitability, loan volume, and expense targets; making loan decisions within lending limits; supervising hiring, training, performance reviews, and terminations; establishing lending authority; ensuring client satisfaction; and leveraging relationships within the community to grow the business. Requires 3-5 years in consumer finance or related industry, personnel management and budgeting skills, and strong communication and software proficiency. Occasional travel may be required; relocation is a stated possibility. Proficiency in Excel/Word and loan software is expected.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- 3-5 years of consumer finance experience or related industry experience
- Personnel management and budgeting skills
- Effective communication, organization and sales skills
- Proficient working knowledge of loan software, Microsoft Windows, Excel and Word
