Job Summary
Manage and motivate staff to meet goals relating to branch profitability, loan volume, credit quality, and delinquency. Make loan decisions up to established limits, close consumer loans, and collect accounts in critical delinquency stages while adhering to state and federal guidelines. Actively pursue business development relationships within the community, sell products to meet sales goals, and handle hiring, staffing, training, and performance reviews. Establish lending authority for associates and ensure high-quality client service by implementing solutions and monitoring satisfaction.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED from accredited institution
- 3-5 years of consumer finance experience or related industry experience
- Personnel management and budgeting skills
- Effective communication, organization and sales skills
- Proficient working knowledge of industry related loan software, Microsoft Windows, Excel and Word Applications

- Ability to relocate
