Job Summary
Branch Manager II role overseeing the administration and daily operation of a full-service branch, including operations, lending, product sales, customer service, and security/safety. Develops new business, achieves branch and individual sales goals through new business referrals and retention of accounts, and leads staff through coaching and supervision. Responsible for hiring, training, performance reviews, and ensuring adherence to state and federal guidelines while managing loan decisions up to lending limits, loan closings, collections in delinquency, and community relationship-building.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- 3-5 years of consumer finance experience or related industry experience
- Personnel management and budgeting skills
- Effective communication, organization and sales skills
- Proficient working knowledge of loan software, Microsoft Windows, Excel and Word
