Job Summary
Oversee all branch operations, ensuring top-tier project execution, financial strength, and a culture where your team can grow. Lead from the front by reviewing financial results, tracking KPIs, and improving margin and service delivery. Collaborate with Project Managers, Estimators, and Supervisors to plan and execute client expectations, while mentoring other Branch Managers to ensure consistency. Partner with Sales and Regional leadership to drive growth and strengthen market presence. Requires 7+ years of industry experience, 4+ years in progressive leadership, and proficiency in estimating software like Xactimate. Must respond to employees and vendors after hours and on weekends, with the ability to travel for conferences. Bilingual in English and French is an asset.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of industry-related experience in construction, restoration, or operations
- 4+ years of progressive leadership experience, including managing leaders or multi-department teams
- Proven ability to manage budgets, forecasts, and branch-level financial performance
- Strong understanding of restoration and construction processes, job costing, and operational delivery
- Competent in fundamental drying processes, industry mitigation standards, and has a high level of knowledge of restoration techniques
- Skilled communicator and relationship builder with clients, vendors, and team members
- Demonstrated success coaching and mentoring other leaders
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience using estimating software (ex. Xactimate)
- Valid driver's license and clean driving abstract
- Requires ability to respond to employees and vendors after hours and on weekends
- Ability to travel for work conferences and meetings for short periods inside and outside the region
- Must follow health and safety protocols when visiting worksites or warehouse environments, including the use of required personal protective equipment
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Construction Management, or related field preferred
- Bilingual in English and French an asset
