Job Summary
Oversee the daily operations of a mid-sized retail banking office, proactively guides sales efforts and platform staff toward achieving personal sales objectives and branch goals, conduct business development through personal visits and outbound calls, coach staff through performance and sales activities, collaborate with internal partners to ensure branch success, promote community involvement, ensure compliance with bank policies and regulations, and balance policy with sound judgment. Requires the ability to lead by example, develop staff through coaching, deliver performance appraisals, and maintain strong customer relationships while delivering superior service.
Required Qualifications
- 2-3 years of management experience
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent combination of training and/or experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to build relationships and collaborate across the organization
- Flexibility and adaptability to change
- Ability to quickly learn banking products and services
- Technically literate
- Proven sales, service, and management successes in a retail banking environment
