Job Summary
Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing branch team while driving operational excellence through daily evaluations, budget forecasting, and process improvements. Monitor branch financial and operational performance using key metrics, oversee inventory management to control costs, and champion safety compliance with training initiatives. Partner with regional leadership to execute business plans and deliver exceptional service to customers in the waterworks industry. Requires a bachelor's degree, seven years of related experience including three in leadership, and a valid driver's license. Base pay ranges from $95,000 to $115,000 with an annual incentive bonus program.
Required Qualifications
- A high school diploma or GED
- 7 or more years of related industry experience
- at least three years of leadership or supervisory experience
- Experience managing a team of employees
- A valid driver's license
- Experience in the waterworks industry or a related field such as utilities, industrial distribution, underground infrastructure, or construction supply
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- database systems
